Job Description

Assistant Manager - Professional Loans
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the assigned geographical area.

Explore new markets and allocate resources to the most profitable opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and cross-sell insurance products.

Create a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

Identify the need for sales training, analyze changing market trends, and provide feedback and suggestions to the RSM.

Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.

Retain high performers and replace poor performers as needed.

Ensure the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.

Conduct Goals, PMP discussions, Development Plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings on time and effectively.

Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.

Manage collections of the acquired portfolio.

Handle customer grievances, if any.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.

Comprehensive knowledge of sourcing from salaried loans business.

Good communication, analytical, and channel management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship skills.

Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.

Exceptionally high motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of computers.
