Assistant Manager Production

• Look after the production and timely get production output according to the targets.
• Supporting the daily management and prioritization of team members to meet all the performance standards which include food safety, quality, LIP’s waste and cost
• Daily reporting to Management on production, raw materials availability FG and packing activities.
• Ensure 5S/Lean operations and maintaining the same as per standards area.
• Record keeping related to all Production and providing the details for production at the end of the shift.
• Ensure the availability of process control system for traceability from material preparation, work in process, finished goods.
• Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of machinery used in floor.
• Planning the Raw materials, packing materials and keeping minimum stock as per the SO’s
• Documenting and maintaining ISO, HACCP, GMP and SOP manuals and registers
• Being flexible with the shifts and manpower handling
• Updating the day to day production in the SAP as per the BOM, to maintain the inventory accurate.
• On job trainings for floor staff on Food safety standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
