Assistant Manager Production

Role: Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations under the plant-head to deliver on-time, high-quality production with strong worker efficiency, safety, and system compliance. ERP usage is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly production schedules and track plan vs actual output
• Assign work to teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and shopfloor systems/processes are followed
• Drive quality output; reduce rework, rejection, and scrap
• Troubleshoot production issues and remove bottlenecks
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure equipment uptime
• Train and develop operators/supervisors; improve productivity
• Ensure accurate ERP entries for work orders, material usage, WIP, and production completion

Requirements

• Diploma/BE/BTech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial or similar)
• 5+ years production/plant management experience (adjustable)
• Strong shopfloor leadership and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory: hands-on ERP experience (production planning & reporting)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
