Assistant Manager- Product Engineering

Role Overview: As a Product Engineering (PE) professional at our company, your primary function will be to control, encourage, and maintain customer relationships with OEMs. Your role involves coordinating regular meetings with customers and technical teams, managing projects using Gates APQP process, ensuring delivery to customer deadlines, tracking and resolving open issues, providing technical information including presentations, facilitating regular design team meetings, and controlling new component engineering drawing releases and changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading customer RFQ responses for technical proposals and coordinating Gates activities as part of the RFQ proposals.
