Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market & Donor Landscape Mapping

  • Conduct secondary research on funding trends across CSR, foundations, multilateral donors, and government agencies
  • Analyse alignment of funder priorities with LLFs focus areas (livelihoods, education, employability, skilling)

Lead Identification & Qualification

  • Generate and qualify leads from various platforms.
  • Attend ecosystem events to collect contacts, follow up on conversations, and initiate first-level engagement
  • Build a strategic donor/funder list segmented by sector, interest area, and past funding behaviour

Partnership Enablement

  • Develop and maintain capability decks, pitch documents, and early-stage concept notes
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare background briefs for senior sales meetings
  • Maintain accurate lead tracker and update CRM tools with outreach status, priorities, and next steps

Internal Collaboration

  • Share qualified leads with Head of Sales and ensure smooth handover for further relationship development
  • Collaborate with program and impact teams to co-develop inputs for donor-facing materials.
