Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market & Donor Landscape Mapping

Conduct secondary research on funding trends across CSR, foundations, multilateral donors, and government agencies
Analyse alignment of funder priorities with LLFs focus areas (livelihoods, education, employability, skilling)

Lead Identification & Qualification

Generate and qualify leads from various platforms.
Attend ecosystem events to collect contacts, follow up on conversations, and initiate first-level engagement
Build a strategic donor/funder list segmented by sector, interest area, and past funding behaviour

Partnership Enablement

Develop and maintain capability decks, pitch documents, and early-stage concept notes
Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and prepare background briefs for senior sales meetings
Maintain accurate lead tracker and update CRM tools with outreach status, priorities, and next steps

Internal Collaboration

Share qualified leads with Head of Sales and ensure smooth handover for further relationship development
Collaborate with program and impact teams to co-develop inputs for donor-facing materials.
