Position: Project Coordinator

Location

Qualification & Experience:

• Masters Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA
• Must have 5 years of experience in Microenterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/Self-Employment/ Livelihood/ Womens related schemes and projects.
• The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, a high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication ability
• Must be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil.

• Plan project activities, timelines and resource allocation for Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.
• Mobilize and onboard beneficiaries, schedule training, exposure visits and pilot activities.
• Guide and handhold entrepreneurs to set up and grow small and micro-enterprises.
• Facilitate technology interventions, raw-material sources and market linkages for enterprises.
• Coordinate field teams, Common Facility Centres and EDII coordinators for smooth execution.
• Implement training, skill development and exposure visits to improve employability and livelihoods.
• Monitor beneficiary progress (employability, production, income) and track adherence to project plans.
• Operate and maintain a Monitoring & Evaluation system to capture metrics, gaps and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality control, standardization and compliance with SOPs across locations.
• Manage project budgets and ensure optimal, transparent use of resources.
• Prepare and submit timely program reports, progress updates and documentation for institutional and donor requirements.
• Facilitate donor and stakeholder visits to project sites when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with government departments, funding agencies, NGOs, buyers and value-chain partners.
• Lead, mentor and review performance of field staff to strengthen delivery and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits to provide on-ground support and course-correct as needed.
• Ensure effective communication across teams and alignment with organizational objectives.
