Assistant Manager - PLCS - Growth
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - PLCS - Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the Product Life Cycle Services (PLCS) division. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive business expansion. Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing growth strategies for the PLCS division in alignment with organizational objectives.

Support the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth projects and initiatives.

Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize processes and achieve growth targets.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management.

Assist in the management of budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for growth initiatives.

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business development efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience in business development, growth strategy, or product life cycle services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
