 Assistant Manager - PLCS - Growth 
 About The Role  
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - PLCS - Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the Product Life Cycle Services (PLCS) division. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive business expansion.  Key Responsibilities 
  • Assist in developing and executing growth strategies for the PLCS division in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support the identification and evaluation of new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize processes and achieve growth targets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate progress and results to senior management.
  • Assist in the management of budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for growth initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business development efforts.

  •  Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business development, growth strategy, or product life cycle services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
