Assistant Manager - People Management/Tech Project Understanding

As a Data Operations Manager at CRISIL Limited, your role will involve managing multiple operations support teams for various data/content management activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading tech projects using agile methodology - Managing operational teams for data research and extraction - Ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies during data collection - Overseeing workflow management and team performance for accuracy and efficiency - Conducting performance reviews, talent development, and management processes - Delegating work based on individual strengths - Coaching team members for growth - Interacting with internal and external clients as needed - Implementing emerging technologies and tools for business value - Working in an agile methodology Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduates (MBA or equivalent/CA/CFA/FRM/Data Science) - Experience in leading tech projects through agile methodology - Green belt Lean Six Sigma certification or above preferred - Experience in coding programming languages (python, R, etc.) or data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense etc.) - Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders With your knowledge of operations principles, theories, and work tools, you will contribute to the achievement of personal, team, and enterprise objectives at CRISIL Limited.
