As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners to promote and sell Zixflow products. This includes working with distributors, resellers, integrators, and consultants to drive revenue and ensure mutual business success through strong partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new channel partners aligned with the company's goals and target market. You will efficiently manage distribution channels to optimize the delivery of products or services and cultivate partnerships with third-party applications to broaden the company's reach and offerings. Additionally, you will devise and implement affiliate marketing strategies to boost the company's online presence and drive sales. Collaboration with partners to co-create solutions and enhance the overall value proposition is a key aspect of the role. You will also provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and industry trends. Maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners, addressing concerns, and equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and information for effective product or service marketing and sales will be crucial. In terms of qualifications, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Channel Partner Manager or in a similar role in a SaaS environment. A strong understanding of distribution channels, affiliate marketing, and contract negotiation is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze market trends and performance data are also required.
