If you are passionate about real estate, technology, or are looking to start your career in the industry, we invite you to join us. **Role Overview:** - Monitor and obtain dependent information from all stakeholders. - Work with service providers and statutory authorities to ensure timely disbursement of benefits and redressal of grievances. - Adhere to defined turnaround time and provide quality solutions. - Handle reporting and analysis tasks. - Manage vendors and agencies effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, human resources, or a related field. - Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn and perform in a high-performing work environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational, time management, and priority management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Qualifications/Requirements:** - Experience in Workday and Dayforce systems. - The employee will be required to report to the office as a normal part of their employment. - Open to working in mid shifts (1:00pm IST to 10:00pm IST).
