Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers. Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages. Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all payroll processes. Prepare and provide payroll reports for audits, GST filing, and other purposes. Assist with payroll audits, providing required documentation and information. Expert in using payroll software and systems. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements. Notice period - 0 to 15 days preferable. Immediate joiners preferable. Male candidates preferable. Candidate with Hindi knowledgebut not mandatory
