Assistant Manager - Operations

Job description:-

1. Overall responsible for the Operations and daily manpower planning of electrical installation project.

2. To manage sub-ordinates and technicians.

3. Must have good knowldge of systems and office tools like MS office, etc.

4. Should be capable of organizing schedule and assign the daily work activities to team and assuring designed SOP to be followed strictly before starting and during the activities.

5. Perform daily routine inspection/Monitoring of all sort of Safety points during work.

6. Prepares daily, monthly MIS reports.

7. Responsible for verification of planned/ Scheduled and implementation of Preventive Maintenance / Calibration Program of all Equipment and Instruments.

8. Manage / Control Manpower and allotting jobs to contract people in shift & on priority.

9. To ensure the smooth operation with minimum time/manhour wastage.

10. Maintain Safety standards - Have Basic Knowledge of Industrial safety and its implementation

Qualification: Diploma/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engg.

· Experience: 3-5 years

· Location: Vadodara & Nearby areas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
