Requirement: Candidate must currently be working as an Assistant Manager (on paper) and in International Voice Process

We are lookiing for Assistant Manager – Operations who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the international inbound voice process to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of business goals. The role involves managing a team of associates and team leaders, driving performance metrics, maintaining quality standards and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the international inbound voice process.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team to meet performance and quality targets.

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Analyse performance data and prepare regular reports for management review.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience in managing international voice processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
