Job Description

To drive Operational Efficiency improvements to build culture of continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
Work closely with Section heads to identify opportunities for improvement in Cost, Quality, Productivity & Delivery.
To work on skill improvement roadmap partnering with HR for personnel capability improvement
Deep dive on OEE and perform loss tree analysis, publish status, and action plan and program manage OEE improvement initiative
To coordinate RCA/ brainstorming sessions with process teams.
Perform process diagnostics to identify areas of opportunities by improving the critical path through lean tools

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Experience: Graduation / Post graduation degree in Pharma, Science, Engineering, Technology with 6+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence and process improvement. MBA – Operations Management will be added advantage
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Additional preference Black Belt); Preferred: TOC; TQM; TPM; Kepner Tregoe; Advance Analytics; PMP.
Projects executed in Pharma OSD / Injectables/Healthcare: Granulation, Compression, CVC bottle line, Cam/BQS/Romaco/Ima packing lines will be preferred
