Assistant Manager - Operation (Ankleshwar)

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experienced in SS fabrication background , preferably

• Dust Containment Systems
• Contained Formulation Processing
• API Dispensing & Sampling
• R&D and Sterile Drug Processing
• Contained Granulation Suites

Accountabilities

Overall Production Management of all jobs undertaken to ensure completion of them as per assigned dates.

Control production cost job wise.

Maintain quality and ensure that the installed equipment is fully operational and meets acceptance criteria.

Co-ordinate with vendors and schedule jobs to achieve target dates .

Review Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and compliance documents.

Ensure implementation of SOPs and Systems in production department.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Equipment Fabrication & assembly Planning as per BOM & BCEPL SOP's

3. Manpower planning

5. Ensure project completion as per Time line

8. Ensure Job completion as per FAT documents

9. Ensure with team of Verify BOM with drawings prior to commencement of the project

10. Ensure Bar Chart with Prepare daily & Weekly fabrication , assembly, Polishing plan.

11.Align Production plan with Material and Quality plan.

12.Conduct weekly reviews on progress of the work with all vendors.

13.Workman and executive staff in production are properly trained.

14.Prepare the equipment for Pre FAT / FAT and comply with all the deviations pointed by Client.

15.Vendor Kickoff with Timelines.

17.Delegate job to contractors and local vendors in accordance with job schedule.

18.Timely issue of work orders to sub contractors .Regular evaluation of Vendor performance to increase productivity

19.Weekly Allocation of Material from Store

20. Coordination with design department for improvement to bring down MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)

Ensure proper allocation of resources to meet mile stones.

Update status and shortfalls to factory.
