Assistant Manager - Offline Marketing

Location:

Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of BTL campaigns, dealer meets, and regional activations.
Liaise with agencies/vendors for execution of branding, wall paintings, hoardings, and event setups.
Manage distribution and placement of POSM across dealer outlets.
Track campaign implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand standards.
Collect market intelligence and feedback from sales teams and dealers.
Maintain MIS reports, budgets, and campaign trackers.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (13 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong internships can be considered).
Exposure to field marketing, activations, or FMCG trade marketing is advantageous.
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
