Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure information, photographs, reports etc. about the alumni community is collected, organised, maintained and presented in multiple formats and platforms such that data is made available as and when needed to meet the goals of the Office and the University.
  • Developing and Updating database of the outgoing and earlier batches via calling, emailing, social media search, meetings, events etc.
  • Organising and maintaining records of alumni in all the required formats and bucket them in various themes like year of graduation, programme, geographic region, industry, specialisation etc and providing them for various purposes at the Office and the University
  • Create, write, collect, organise and maintain photo-bank, reports, documents etc. of the alumni, office, events and activities as required by the Office/University
  • Managing the Alumni Portal
  • To ideate, create and develop content for the Website, Portal and other platforms, including but not limited to content writing, photography, videography, interviews etc
  • To communicate internally and externally via emails etc
  • To ideate, coordinate and execute all events and activities under the Office to accomplish objectives of the Office including but not limited to connecting with alumni, career development, education, life-long learning, mentorship programme, philanthropic commitments etc
  • To travel to other cities/states for events and activities of the Office and the University
  • Assist in any new initiatives that the Office undertakes
  • To coordinate efforts internally in the Office and between various schools, functions and offices to achieve the above.
