Urgent Requirements of Assistant Manager NPA(New Products Developments)in One of the FMCG Company
Location- Navi Mumbai( Mahape)
Qualification- B.Tech. Food Technology
Gender- Only Females Candidates apply
Experience- 7 to 8 Years in R & D , New products developments in Food in Premixes & food Industries
Daily Reporting - Follow ups, Tasks, Sampling New Product Development - Customer requirements, co-ordination with QC, existing products, reference samples to be asked from customer,
New Product Development exercise involving product tasting, providing feedback for changes,etc. Sending samples to the customer & receiving feedback. Traveling to customer location if required, for sample tasting
Team Reporting - Activity reporting from team, Discussion on active cases in terms of progress report, samples requirement, commercials / costing to be discussed.Sales - Handling certain key accounts directly to maintain continuity & where Events - Co-ordinating with organisers for booth selection & confirmation, getting approvals from MD for payment, finalising designs for banners, booth design (in case we are designing the full booth), search, follow up & approvals for travel, flight, hotel, visas, etc. Preparing event calendar for the year & lock in participant schedules accordingly.
Compliance - Involves overseeing Compliance matters related to Documentation (RBI related), Finance, Incentive Schemes, etc. Co-ordination with banks, DGFT, Customs & other government departments in case of any compliance related issues, etc
.Recruitment - Conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates for vacancies within the department's Co-Ordination - with various departments for execution of any & every task related to order fulfilment, etc.
Annual Planning - Preparing annual outlay plan, including revenue generation, new market expansion, marketing costs, etc.
