Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our clients by ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of various equipment. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance and repairs, utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), fabricating components when necessary, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. You will also troubleshoot low voltage systems, provide technical support to customers, and maintain accurate records of service activities. To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background in industrial maintenance, proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, and experience with precision measuring instruments. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with clients and team members. Knowledge of low voltage systems, ammeter usage for electrical testing, and familiarity with militarized standards in industrial settings would be advantageous. Collaboration with team members to enhance processes and service delivery, along with a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service, are key aspects of this role.
