Responsibilities:
Assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the bank branch.
Supervising and mentoring a team of tellers and other staff members.
Ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Promoting and cross-selling bank products and services.
Monitoring branch performance and contributing to sales targets.
