Job Objective:

Sound expertise in the MVRE(Mechanical Vapour Recompression Evaporation) Plant Operational activity.

Key Deliverables:

Sound expertise for the operation of MVRE

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Maintain daily plant production data, including MIS and SAP entries.

Effectively manage on-site manpower.

Oversee daily inventory of chemicals, raw materials, and consumable, and plan to ensure continuous plant operation.

Ensure plant housekeeping.

Provide regular training to workmen on Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE), Occupational Health and Care (OHC), and plant operation according to SOPs.

Prepare presentations as needed and possess strong communication skills across all departments.

Liaise with vendors to enhance plant performance, and contribute to process innovation and technological improvements for efficient plant operations.

Demonstrate strong vendor management skills.

Prepare and maintain IMS audit documents and understand site conditions to maintain permissible treated water quality parameters.

Manage plant breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance, and plan for corrective maintenance with service departments.

Optimize chemical dosages to reduce operational costs.

Internal Interfaces: Effective communication with maintenance, stores, and all other production departments.

External Interfaces: Strong relationships with plant OEMs, vendors, and suppliers.

Training: Conducts Tool Box Talks (TBT),HRMS & life-saving rules training, and plant operation training for workers.

DESIRABLE PERSONALITY TRAITS: Punctual, well-disciplined, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
