Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes:
Audit Pursuits Manager We're looking for professionals responsible for covering Audit bids across all sectors as part of the Winning Audit Rotation (WAR) Your key responsibilities . Primary role is to drive results for the account team and the firm. . Focusing on priority Audit pursuits and work closely with account teams on Audit rotation planning . Conduct rigorous planning and management and works with an account team to drive Audit pursuits across the client's organization. . This includes leveraging the Firm's key initiatives and cross-functional services for new business opportunities within the account. . Accountable for revenue growth, higher win rates, market share enhancement, and quality assurance procedures for the account. . S/he will lead the entire pursuit and proposal process on their account. In the process, s/he will actively contribute to enhance the brand of the Business Development Community and E&Y in India. Experience . 8-12 years experience in sales experience or bid management . Bachelor's degree or above from a commercial or business-related discipline . Responsible for pursuit process executing the account strategies. . Work with business operations team to oversee the development of proposals and direct the account coordinators on their assigned accounts . Works with the Global Client Service Partner and participate throughout the Client and Engagement life cycle . Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word proficiency . Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
