 Roles & Responsibilities:
   Being responsible for client acquisition and retention.    Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for effective lead generation.    Ensuring the development and achievement of sales targets as per company business plan.    Being an interface between customers and all relevant departments such as production,  planning,  and quality,  responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.    Driving targets and collection by improving communication through emails,  meetings,  calls   Establishing relationships with clients and providing a high standard of customer service continually.    Manage and control customers credit through effective follow-ups,  meetings,  and customer visits.    Constantly supporting and handholding customers for all enquiries,  payments,  complaints,  rejections,  technical queries etc.  Preferred Skills:   Experience with B2B marketing.    Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.    Familiarity with global steel markets and export/import regulations. 
 Qualifications:
   Bachelors degree in Marketing,  Business,  or a related field. 
   6+ years of experience in marketing,  preferably within the steel or manufacturing industries.    Strong knowledge of the steel industry and its market dynamics.    Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.    Excellent communication,  negotiation,  and leadership skills.    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
