As Assistant Manager, NRI & Outstation Marketing to support strategic and executional initiatives designed to engage and convert NRI and outstation audiences for Rustomjees portfolio. The role blends creativity, customer understanding and operational discipline driving lead generation, customer experience and market visibility across key domestic and international markets. Work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies and partners to bring Rustomjees brand promise to life
beyond Mumbai.
• Assist in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns across domestic metros and international NRI markets (UAE, UK, Singapore, US, Africa, etc.).
• Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies for campaign rollouts, tracking, and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing collaterals, content, and event materials for each target market.
• Track campaign KPIs and provide performance summaries to enhance ROI and lead conversion.
• Create seamless physical customer journeys for NRIs and outstation buyers from inquiry to site visit to booking.
• Introduce virtual walkthroughs, concierge support and personalized follow-ups that build trust and confidence across geographies.
• Develop communication formats tailored to diaspora sensibilities trust, lifestyle aspiration, family-driven purchase decisions, and long-term investment value.
• Leverage CRM data and feedback loops to enhance satisfaction, repeat purchase, and referral potential.
• Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Digital, Loyalty, Sales, BI, PR) to deliver unified and consistent messaging for all NRI & Outstation initiatives.
• Partner with channel associates, IPCs, and local brokers in target markets to drive outreach and build brand presence.
• Collaborate with event partners, international realty fairs, and embassies for market access and representation.
• Ensure on-ground sales teams are equipped with the right tools, content, and insights to engage prospects effectively.
• Support planning and execution of real estate expos, roadshows and city-wise activations.
• Coordinate logistics, branding, and vendor management for smooth delivery.
• Track event ROI, lead generation outcomes, and share learnings for
continuous improvement.
• Measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion efficiency across
markets using analytics dashboards.
• Conduct periodic market performance reviews with sales to track contribution of NRI & outstation leads to business targets.
• Generate actionable insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and market mix.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting templates for regular leadership reviews.
• Manage agencies, creative partners, and international media vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution.
• Negotiate partnerships and sponsorships that amplify brand positioning within NRI and luxury ecosystems.
• Support the marketing manager in tracking spends, processing vendor
payments, and ensuring budget adherence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset and proficiency in campaign tracking and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Creative thinker with ability to localize ideas across geographies.
• Proactive and agile approach with willingness to travel for events and
activations.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent.
• 4to 6 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Real Estate / Luxury /Automobile / Hospitality.
• Experience in campaign management, lead generation, events, or digital marketing coordination across multiple markets.
