Job Summary:
Were looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to takethe lead on marketing strategy and execution for our Advanced Wound Care andHemostasis portfolio including Axiostat (hemostatic dressing) and MaxioCel(advanced wound dressing). You will play a key role in building our brand story, drivingdigital engagement, and enabling the field teams across both domestic and internationalmarkets.Key Responsibilities:Product & Brand Marketing

Drive marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for Axiostat and MaxioCel
across trauma, surgery, and wound care verticals.Develop positioning, clinical messaging, and storytelling aligned with bothclinician and institutional buyer personas.Plan and execute product launches, KOL engagement, and education programsin partnership with medical aLairs.Manage product lifecycle marketing including updates to claims, packaging, andsales tools.Digital MarketingOwn and execute digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media,webinars, and influencer outreach).Manage brand presence across digital platforms including website, socialmedia (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and e-commerce partners.Use tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, andGoogle Analytics to drive lead generation and conversion.Measure campaign ROI and optimize digital strategies based on data andinsights.
