Job Title:

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Manage on-ground promotional activities, trade marketing, and product launches.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Coordinate with sales, creative, and external agencies for campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
Handle and guide a small team to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
Support distributor/retailer-level marketing programs and visibility initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team handling and leadership ability.
Good understanding of marketing concepts and market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
