Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive & Sr Executive in Credit Control located in Rajnandgaon, with some work from home acceptable. The role involves managing and ensuring timely collections of outstanding accounts, maintaining records of credit control activities, resolving billing issues and disputes, and working closely with other departments to improve processes. Responsibilities also include reporting and analyzing credit control performance, ensuring compliance with credit policies, and providing support during audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivables, and Collections
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resolving billing issues and disputes
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the pet food industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus
