Assistant Manager - Marketing Communications

Job Description: As a Sales & Marketing Manager at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your primary responsibility is to complete the marketing plan for the property. You will be in charge of managing all e-commerce opportunities and establishing strong working relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions - Develop a leisure marketing plan to increase occupancy through rate offers, packages, and programs - Maintain and manage all websites, including coordinating offers and information for publications - Develop brochure and property collateral materials, participating in property imaging work - Use and interpret reporting for marketing recommendations, including tracking website and email campaign results - Manage marketing budget, track ROI of promotions and campaigns, and ensure consistency in marketing message - Evaluate new marketing opportunities, ensure property representation on quality internet sites, and work closely with Convention Bureaus and Chambers of Tourism - Develop strategic marketing plan for property, supervise photo shoots, and build successful relationships with distribution channels - Provide sales channels with tools for sales and marketing, act as liaison between corporate and properties, and work with media buyer for advertising - Keep detailed records on marketing materials, ensure property compliance with corporate marketing guidelines, and approve all invoicing Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or related area OR - 2-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major from an accredited university with no work experience required Note: Additional details of the company have been omitted as per the provided instructions.,
