As a Business Marketing Manager at CRISIL, you will be a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for leading and managing business marketing initiatives. Your role will require strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote CRISIL's business offerings. - Collaborating with senior leaders and key stakeholders to identify marketing priorities and objectives aligned with the company's goals. - Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential marketing opportunities for business growth. - Designing and implementing marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. - Driving thought leadership initiatives to position CRISIL as an industry leader. - Managing and tracking marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization and timely reporting of results. - Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities and proactive marketing strategies. - Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team. - Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on driving results. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. - Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and various marketing tools. - Experience in digital marketing and campaign management, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and CRM systems. - Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and meet strict deadlines. - Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail. - Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically analytics, credit risk, and policy advisory, is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - 7+ years of B2B BFSI or technology marketing experience. - Minimum three to five years in marketing strategy and revenue enablement roles in BFSI or IT firms servicing BFSI industry.
