Job Description

This role would be contributing in terms of business development of IFDG channel . Expansion of IFD base & advising them on primary market products.

This position would be based at Nellore & managing locations like Vijaywada ,Guntur & coastal Andhra belt

Role & responsibilities

The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors with JM Financial
Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFOs, IPOs, NCDs, Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.)
Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis
The person should have good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products
Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products
Organizing events to develop the Business of IFDs

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1.6 - 2 + years of previous experience in handling investment related products like Mutual Funds/Fixed Deposits /Fixed Income / Life & General Insurance
Should have good understanding of business process IFA channel
Should have an experience in terms of empanelment of IFA s
Should have good connect with IFAs
Should be service oriented towards IFA s
Should be NISM - VA certified
Good communication
