Assistant Manager / Manager - Data Privacy

Candidate Expectation & Job Responsibility:

Candidate must be a graduate with 8+ years of active external competency in data privacy

Functional experience in the BFSI BPS domain

Good understanding of overall Quality Management System framework

Background in risk management and familiarity to BPS domain and general risk framework

Provide industry expertise in understanding and design of the proposed solution

Good communication to represent in customer meeting audits and RFI/RFPs

Collaboration and Networking skills

Well versed with data privacy regulations and requirements in order to undertake internal trainings

Ensuring that security and privacy obligations in MSA / SoW are assessed and required controls are deployed to meet customer requirements and working with various stakeholders to ensure relevant controls are incorporated to support the changing business and evolving delivery models

Ensuring contract review with underlying adequate privacy requirements

Release periodic governance reports and dashboards to respective stakeholders with respect to key deliverables.

Understanding of vendor/subcontractor outsourced data privacy commitments and ensuring adherence.

Identifying risks in operations impacting Confidentiality or Integrity or Availability of information / services and ensuring effective and timely mitigation of these risks including adoption of available tools techniques and processes in various areas such as access management, associate onboarding managing business continuity

Conducting internal audits & tracking non-conformances to closure

Planning and implementing appropriate actions to ensure timely and effective completion of audit processes

Providing necessary support for customer audits

Ensure global compliance adoption at the organization to data protection and privacy laws and regulations

Consultation for development of global template, policies and procedures

Mentoring delivery on new nuances / practices of Data Privacy for the aligned business segment

Flexible for shift (rotational/US shift)
