We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Franchise Manager to drive growth, build strong franchise partnerships, and maintain operational excellence across the country.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners across key Indian markets.

• Franchisee Support: Serve as the go-to contact for franchisees; support them with training, business planning, staffing, and successful store launches.

• Operational Oversight: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure store performance and profitability.

• Brand Compliance: Uphold brand standards and lead performance audits across all franchise outlets.

• Strategic Input: Provide valuable market insights and contribute to long-term franchising strategies in India.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in franchising within retail or hospitality (global brand experience is a plus!)

• Strong knowledge of the Indian F&B/retail landscape

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively across India
