Assistant Manager Maintenance

You will lead the maintenance team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting on all Machinery, ensuring regular preventive maintenance on all equipment to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Coordinate renovation projects, upgrades, or repairs, from the planning stage through to completion, ensuring minimal disruption to guests. Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Develop, implement, and oversee energy conservation programs. Respond to guest complaints and service requests promptly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
