Role Overview

The Logistics Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth and timely movement of stock transfers and job work across South, North, and West India. The role involves coordinating with factories, vendors, and transporters to manage dispatches, vehicle requirements, and compliance while maintaining proper documentation and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle requirements for stock transfers and job work across South, North, and West India regions.
• Coordinate with factories (Ambattur, Sikandrabad, Gujarat, etc.) for timely dispatches and receipts.
• Monitor and maintain contract rates for stock transfers and vehicle arrangements.
• Liaise with transporters and vendors for daily logistics requirements.
• Handle payment process coordination with respective factories (Ambattur, Sikandrabad, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation of invoices, bills, and transporter details.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Supply Chain, Purchase, and other concerned teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, vehicle hiring, and stock transfer processes.
• Hands-on experience in managing contracts, transporters, and vendor compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for logistics tracking and reporting.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills in

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce (or equivalent qualification).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and stock transfer operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
