Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare/Assist daily, weekly & thly dispatch plan and vehicle placement plans in line with FG/cargo readiness/sales plan
Continuously itor FG/Cargo readiness to ensure timely initiation of vehicle placement
Assist to ensure safe transportation methods are implemented and deliveries are made in safe & sound condition
itor safe loading and proper lashing of FG on trucks
Ensure the vehicle crew follows best practices
Skilled in tracking and tracing shipments and provide real time up to superiors
Regularly itor transit status with the crew to resolve any transit related issues
Posses good understanding about the domestic dispatch documents like Tax invoices, E invoices ,Delivery challans, EWBs & LR
Good Knowledgeable in export documentation and processes
Hands on experience in CHA Handling, Customs Query Handling
Hands on experience export documentation like Shipping Bill, Bill of lading, MSDS, DG handling, Duty Drawback, RoDTEP schemes & various export norms & incentive scheme for EV two wheeler etc
Hands on experience in working with Logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Hands on experience in SAP MM/SD related to logistics
Knowledge in Freight payment processing & MIS

Ideal Candi

BE/Diploma/BSc with 7 - 10 years of experience
Should be able to lead a team of 20 to 50 members
Good in Communication & analysis
