Job Description

Responsibilities

Drafting various business/vendor agreements, lease agreements, case pleadings, police complaints, notices and reply to notices etc.
Handling Litigations and Non-Litigations with proper follow up with branches and coordination with advocates.
Legal scrutiny of property documents and preparing legal opinions.
Managing and supporting MIS- Legal for case updates and document file maintenance.
Legal research and preparing replies to statutory notices.
Qualification: LLB

Experience: Min. 3 years court practice and Min. 5 years in Corporate Legal, holding a managerial role for last 2-3 years.

Age: Below 40

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
