Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle drafting, reviewing and negotiation of Client, Contracts, RFP, Software Agreement, Operating/Finance Lease Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement, Vendor Agreement, Lease Agreement, Leave & License Agreement, Employment Agreement, MOU, Power of Attorney, Declaration cum Indemnity, Affidavit, etc.
  • Negotiate, draft and implement multi-party agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and affiliation agreements.
  • Assist in internal governance policies legal and regulatory risk compliance program to ensure all geographies comply with local and international legislation and regulation and implementing same with functional departments.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (executive team, sales function, finance, procurement, regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.),
  • Drafting and reviewing of litigation related documentation.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal notices, termination & suspension letters, etc.
  • Assist with the drafting, editing and implementation of Compliance and Ethics Program policies and procedures, and maintain version control of documentation
  • Generate and maintain appropriate records and metrics related to Compliance and Ethics Program activities
  • Monitor, record, and update administrative forms related to business operations including but not limited to insurance policies/renewals, business licensing, entity registration forms, and other administrative tasks
  • Monitor and validate completion of Compliance Program training and policy attestation.
  • Assist in coordination and execution of third-party audits, including monitoring corrective actions
  • Research emerging compliance issues and track business operations completion of actions needed to comply
  • Compiles compliance-related data and prepares resource materials for management review
  • Communicate and collaborate with other internal departments to meet Program goals and initiatives.
