Job Description

You will be working with Operations leads, Vertical Leads, and customers to design, implement, and drive value generating roadmaps and Transformation Roadmaps with a focus on Digital and Analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops, and Practice teams to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities. Furthermore, you will work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and digital solutions across the business or organization. Supporting the aligned teams in their Lean Journey for continuous improvement and operationalizing the Lean Approach will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As an Assistant Manager, Lean Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for initiating and leading projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive significant business impact for customers. This will involve conducting Lean Action Workouts, Kaizen events, and creating roadmaps for transformation and Lean Initiatives in collaboration with Business Leaders. Your role will also require you to lead and deliver Lean Digital projects, conduct Quality Awareness and Lean Trainings within the organization, and work on setting, validating, and auditing measurement systems to deliver business impact. Building Process Excellence, driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives, and driving Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization will be part of your remit. Additionally, you will interact with clients to understand key business priorities and identify opportunities, as well as build detailed communication plans and work with communication and design teams to ensure timely adherence to those plans. To be successful in this role, you are required to have excellent Project Management experience in designing and driving small to large-scale improvement and transformation projects, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, Lean & Green Belt certification, critical thinking skills, and relevant experience in the administration of Digital transformation projects. Preferred qualifications include experience in Team Handling, effective probing and analyzing skills, problem-solving with a customer-centric approach, and flexibility to work on a schedule that may include weekend shifts.
