Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Land Contracts to join our team at Sterlite Power. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land contracts and excellent negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and negotiate land contracts with property owners and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Analyze and interpret contractual agreements to ensure they meet business objectives.
Provide legal advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
Ensure all contracts are properly executed, stored, and managed.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
