Location: Andhra Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in the Renewable Energy Sector

Languages Required: Telugu (Mandatory); English & Hindi preferred

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager – Land Acquisition & Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, surveying, and shortlisting suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects within Andhra Pradesh.
• Support negotiations with landowners and facilitate lease/purchase discussions.
• Coordinate documentation and registration processes for acquired land.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and verifying lease agreements, sale deeds, and related legal documents.
• Liaise with local government bodies, revenue departments, and other authorities for required permissions, NOCs, and approvals.
• Maintain updated land records, agreements, and project-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state land laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Provide on-ground support to resolve land-related issues and facilitate smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Law, Real Estate, Rural Management, or related fields.
• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  in land acquisition and liaison in the

  renewable energy sector

  .
• Strong understanding of land registration procedures, lease drafting, and government liaison workflows in Andhra Pradesh.

• Fluency in Telugu (Mandatory)

  ; English and Hindi are an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh as per project needs.
