Junior Associate Business & Strategy Support

You will be joining Cleangrid Energy, a fast-growing clean energy solutions company in India that focuses on project development, strategic consulting, and energy transition platforms. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Create high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) for internal and external stakeholders such as clients, investors, and partners. - Build and maintain Excel models for financial analysis, project tracking, and reporting. - Assist senior team members in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and briefing notes. - Support market research, policy tracking, and competitor analysis in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. - Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to gather data and update project documents. - Maintain organized filing systems, trackers, and content libraries. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - 03 years of experience in business support, strategy, or consulting roles. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. - A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. It would be nice to have: - Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or climate solutions. - Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, or similar tools for content creation and automation. - Prior internship or exposure to consulting/VC/startup ecosystems.
