Assistant Manager

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client/third party contracts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Liaising with internal stakeholders, business teams, and senior management to close complex contractual issues in a timely manner - Providing clarifications on legal concerns to senior management and business teams by gaining a deep understanding of contractual/legal concepts - Working under tight deadlines within the legal and risk framework of the firm to provide quick solutions for smooth closure of contracts/agreements - Negotiating with clients/third parties on contractual matters and escalating critical issues internally - Updating SOP, training junior team members, supporting process simplification, automation, and innovation within the team - Ensuring accuracy in tasks to avoid undue risk exposure for the Firm - Acting in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk procedures while remaining independent and objective at all times Additionally, you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with legal and other productive technology tools, strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-motivation, good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
