We're looking for a sharp and curious Chartered Accountant to join our Internal Audit team. This isn't just a checking-the-boxes role. • Lead and execute audit assignments across our diverse business units and locations.
• Go beyond number-crunching to evaluate the effectiveness of our operational and financial controls.
• Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with teams to implement practical, risk-mitigating solutions.
• Ensure we stay ahead of the curve by adhering to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare clear and impactful audit reports that communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Be ready to travel to our various operational sites as needed—this role is hands-on.

• You are a qualified CA with 2 to 5 years of experience in internal audit. (Experience within a large, multi-industry company is a big plus.)
• You have a keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity for how things work.
• You're not just a problem-identifier; you're a problem-solver who thinks critically and proposes clear solutions.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence, able to discuss complex issues with both peers and leaders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, will help you hit the ground running.
