Assistant Manager - Indirect Taxation

Role Overview:

qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  GST compliance

  , including return preparation, filing, and reconciliations.
• Provide support on

  indirect tax advisory matters

  , including impact analysis for business transactions.
• Handle

  monthly/quarterly/yearly filings

  , input/output reconciliations, and other statutory submissions.
• Maintain robust documentation for

  audit and departmental representations

  .
• Collaborate with

  internal departments, external consultants, and auditors

  to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
• Represent the company before

  tax authorities

  when required.
• Stay updated on evolving GST laws and their implications on the business.

Who Are We Looking For

Education & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 25 years

  of relevant experience in

  Indirect Taxation / GST domain

Key Skills:

• Strong command of

  GST laws, rules, and filing processes

• Proficient in MS Excel

  , with experience in handling large datasets
• Hands-on experience with

  ERP systems

  , especially

  SAP

  (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional interactions
• Comfortable with

  travelling for representations

  before tax authorities

Added Advantage:

• Prior experience in the

  Real Estate industry

• Exposure to

  Big 4 consulting firms

• Working knowledge of

  SAP GST modules
