Assistant Manager - Immigration & Global mobility

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Immigration to join our team. This role will provide end to end immigration support across the Europe region, working closely with the Immigration Centre of Excellence (COE) based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end processing of UK work permits including Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) issuance, tracking and renewals/extensions
• Ensure compliance with UK visas, Extensions, Immigration policies, including sponsor license management and UK Right to Work (RTW) related tasks
• Ensure Immigration compliance requirements for EU Region
• Coordinate and support UK home office audits by preparing documentation, conducting internal checks, and responding to queries.
• Work with external immigration vendors and legal counsels to support immigration requirements across EU regions
• Track and ensure compliance with local immigration laws in applicable countries
• Provide guidance and support for business visa applications for employees in the UK
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Visa requirements
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with policies
• Liaise regularly with HRBPs to address and resolve immigration matters
• Act as a trusted advisor to Business leaders and employees regarding immigration processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees in a customer centric approach
• Provide Automation / Process Improvement support for the function as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• 10-12 years of experience in immigrations services, preferable in a similar environment – Someone who has handled inhouse process and large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of UK immigration regulations
• Knowledge of EU immigration regulations would be an added advantage
