Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The role entails developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Assistant Manager HR will also work closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and managing employee relations
• Knowledge of performance management and conducting training and development programs
• Understanding of labor laws and ensuring legal compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in digital services or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
