Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Financial Efficiency

  • Track and control cost per hire in line with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to cost savings by optimizing sourcing channels and reducing reliance on consultants.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of recruitment spend.

2. Hiring Effectiveness

  • Improve offer-to-join conversion through consistent candidate engagement and timely closures.
  • Enhance join-to-confirm ratio by supporting smooth onboarding and employee engagement.
  • Reduce time-to-fill by building proactive talent pipelines and leveraging multiple sourcing methods.

3. Process & Quality

  • Ensure strict adherence to recruitment SOPs and compliance guidelines.
  • Support workforce planning and manpower requirement processes in coordination with business teams.
  • Maintain accurate hiring dashboards and recruitment MIS for reporting and reviews.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide suitable talent.
  • Liaise with recruitment partners and job portals to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and engage talent.

5. Capability & Growth

  • Leverage digital tools, ATS, and data analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Stay updated with recruitment trends, sourcing innovations, and market insights.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training to enhance TA capability.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 to 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment operations, and vendor coordination.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting, and manpower planning.
  • Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and MS Excel/HR dashboards
