Assistant Manager - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Understand their objectives and provide strategic HR support and guidance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Lead recruitment efforts for assigned business units, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations as needed and providing guidance to managers on resolution strategies.
• Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:

•  Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience, with a generalist background covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
