Role & responsibilities

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Assistant Manager- Factory HR to join our HR team at the factory. The role will involve managing HR operations, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and implementing HR policies and procedures within the factory environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations in line with organizational goals.

Role & responsibilities

• Contract workforce management.
• Maintaining Time office record and ensuring shaft floor discipline.
• Ensure compliance of all statutory requirement of the units. Maintenance of all statutory records.
• Experience handling in IATF / statutory audits.
• General administration - Security, canteen etc.
• Health & safety - conducting health camps, safety audits. Ensuring a safe environment for employees. Implementation of safety practices.
• Implementation and sustenance of standard work culture like 5S, Kaizen, TPM at plant level to enhance productivity and quality.
• Identifying training needs, training initiatives, training effectiveness evaluation and organizing need based training.
• Talent acquisition - Sourcing and recruiting employees with appropriate skill set.
• PMS - Ensure goal setting at unit level to all the eligible staff members and ratings by the concerned supervisors.
• Implementation and sustenance of employee welfare and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Qualifications : MBA\MSW in HR and Admin.
• Experience in HR and Admin filed ranging from 7 -8 years.
• Effective interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team, Cross- Function Teams and individually.
• Good computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Power point, Google smart sheets and HR ERP software
