Pre-Onboarding Management : HRMS Management (D'box) Onboarding and documentation Onboarding surveys Onboarding E-Code generation, Background verifications initiation, induction and other HR Compliances (Gratuity, Payroll, Insurance etc) Employee Life cycle Employee queries (HRMS - leaves - policies - reimbursements) Letters request, contract creation on request Manage employee confirmation Attendance data and policy related reimbursements with Finance (Payroll) SPOC managing the Insurance claims and support for employees Managing and maintaining MIS and reports for Management meetings - CSD & AOPs Internal audits - managing and supplying data on request from Auditors. Exit Management Manage end to end exit for employees in system Vendor Management Recruitment fee, talent fee, projected HR forecast, renewal of contracts Ability to handle confidential data Additional Skills Excel, PPT, Canva, Power BI, Database management, Excellent organizational and communication skills..
